Wabash Windows Mural
This is a mural I did on the inside glass of a vacant storefront on Wabash Ave at Randolph (east side of the street, across from Macy's). It was for the Wabash Windows project, a collaboration with myself, MK Studio and Chicago Loop Alliance. Several artists were selected to beautify the windows of empty storefronts along Wabash Ave.
The project was a little challenging in that I had a limited color palette to work with (only 4 colors + black). Also, I had to paint the design backwards since it was being created on the inside glass. Writing PONNOPOZZ backwards was fun!
HUGE thanks to Seth Thomas and Sophie Lucente for assisting!
