The workshop covers: In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of denim repair, transforming those rips and tears into a conversation starter. Grab your ripped up jeans and let's make them wearable again.

You can also bring a denim jacket, woven pants, or button down shirts. Garments with minimal stretch and made from natural fibers (cotton, linen, hemp) are recommended. If you're not sure what to bring, just ask!
Some sewing experience is recommended, but if you’re feeling adventurous, don’t hesitate to join! This class is all about embracing imperfections and turning them into something unique. Your denim will thank you, and you'll leave with skills that will have you looking at clothing repairs in a whole new light.
Nandi (rhymes with blondie) Duszynski got her start in designing and crafting at a young age. She attended design school at Iowa State University and completed her degree in fashion design at the Art Institute of NYC. Nandi moved back to the midwest in 2011 and has lived in Chicago since 2015. She started her business BLISS JOY BULL in 2010 from a desire to reduce waste and use unwanted materials. In early 2021, Nandi began teaching sewing classes virtually. Over the years many people have come up to her during craft shows saying they “Don’t even know how to sew on a button”. With that in mind, along with the knowledge of overproduction, overconsumption, and lack of sewing skills, she developed a visible mending class. Nandi strives to make sewing simple, bringing joy to the clothing we wear by making it last longer. Nandi teaches sewing classes virtually, the Chicagoland area, and takes commissions for clothing repair.

All of our in house items are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
Store pickup is possible for most items. Items that aren't eligible for store pickup include:

- Ponnopozz-designed Leggings
- Ponnopozz Cat Tees
- Ponnopozz Pillows
These items are printed to order and are fulfilled by our 3rd party printer in North Carolina.
Return policy
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@ponnopozz.com. If your return needs to be shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. That said, full priced items purchased with a discount code are able to be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
